Thank you for your feedback regarding the Temecula region. The Temecula team focuses on providing quality services through extensive ABA supervision, individual client team meetings, and ongoing training and support for all levels from Behavior Technicians up through the Director level. In fact, we recently scored a 100% in a clinical audit with one of our largest funding sources in Southern California. Further, we are constantly creating and presenting trainings as needs arise. We are glad to hear that you were happy with the salary, flexibility with scheduling and growth opportunities. We pride ourselves on the mentorship we provide in order to promote within. Customer service is also important to us because we want to ensure that all of our clients and families are satisfied with the services they are receiving. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

1. A positive and encouraging culture that the management promotes at this office is incomparable. EVERY SINGLE one of the supervisors I’ve interacted with strive to help the BTs with their expertise and make themselves available for any guidance and support you need. Lots of smiles and encouragements! 2. You get to learn and grow so much under direct supervision from the best case managers and assistant clinical directors at this office. I had no ABA experience when I started working here, but have experienced the management team really going above and beyond for my professional and personal growth. 3. They provide thorough training (paid) that also includes field training so that you'll be well prepared to be providing the top-notch service to the clients, and the clients and their families that I have worked with were amazing! 4. They really do like to promote within; I’ve seen countless individuals being promoted over the past year that I’ve been here, myself included. 5. Competitive pay and company perks such as a bonus! And the OC office is EXPANDING!

Cons

There is absolutely NONE to note.

Thank you for all this wonderful feedback! So glad to hear that you felt well-supported from all levels of management - this is always our goal! We want to see individuals grow and succeed in this field, even those starting with no experience. This is why we provide a thorough, paid training at the start of employment, as well as ongoing training on other advanced topics, as a staff demonstrates readiness. Finally, we love promoting from within! Seeing an individual start off new to the field gradually blossom into a strong clinician, ready to join our management team - it's the best!

Pros

I love working at Behavior Frontiers! I think Behavior Frontiers is a great company, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I have worked for other ABA companies, but it wasn't until I came to Behavior Frontiers that I finally felt like I was trained appropriately, and supported by management staff-both managers and directors. The managers and directors in my region frequently come out to overlap and supervise sessions, and I know that I can always reach out to them for anything, without feeling like I am bothering them. The company does a great job of supporting their employees and their clients. I always feel listened to and appreciated. They also go out of their way to host fun events for us, and frequently give out fun little perks (taking us to coffee, gift cards etc.). To me it shows that they truly care and appreciate the work we do. In addition, there's tons of room for growth. You can start as a BT, be promoted to senior BT, and then go on to be promoted to case manager or even to a director. It's great to know how much support there is for you, and opportunities-if you want to pursue this work. Even if you don't want to do ABA the rest of your life, the managers are still there for you and help any way they can with your career goals. I love Behavior Frontiers, and am so glad I have the opportunity to work here! Not to mention you get to work with super great kids :)

Cons

There really aren't any cons that I have about the company. The cons are the same as any ABA company-clients cancel. It sucks. But it happens, and no one can control that. Scheduling and management try to find you a fill in case, but sometimes there just isn't one. It can be hard to get to full time hours since the kids are in school so hours are limited. I feel like they tell you this in the interview and there isn't a false idea of how many hours you will get or anything. If you want full time and have open availability, the managers and schedulers try to get you there. They also definitely work around your schedule if you have more limited availability.

Thanks for your valuable feedback! We love hearing that you felt you were properly trained when you first started - it's the only way to ensure our clients are truly receiving quality services, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It's also testament to our management staff in OC that you feel well-supported with regular visits to your sessions, and feedback from your managers - there's no better way to learn! We do - like others - struggle with some client cancellations, but our schedulers work tirelessly to try finding another session for our behavior technicians, or offering administrative work to supplement those times when clients cancel.
