Pros

Supervisors at Behavior Frontiers are great! They are helpful and understanding. The company is really good about paying you for the driving time.

Cons

Long drive from one session to another. This can be very overwhelming and tiring.

Pros

You get to work with some great clients. They really appreciate what you are doing for their children.

Cons

Other than the clients, I have nothing good to say. They really don't care about the staff who is actually out in the field. No benefits bc you only get part time. Higher ups treated better. I can't say anything good about the staff. They treat you horribly.

Behavior Frontiers Response

I would like to thank you for your service to our clients. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed helping them to reach their goals. With regard to our policies and procedures, their purpose is to protect all involved in this service – both our employees and our clients. As you learned in your ethics training, it is important for us to maintain professional boundaries with our clients, so as not to impair our clinical judgment. Therefore, behavior instructors are certainly allowed to speak with families about the child’s behavioral program – just not about their personal issues or issues outside their scope of practice. I am surprised and concerned to hear that you feel you were not treated well. I wish that you would have brought up your concerns while you were still employed with us so that we could have addressed them. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Behavior Frontiers is a great company which leaves both clients and employees satisfied. Whether you are starting to get into the workforce or looking for a company to help you advance in your career, Behavior Frontiers welcomes both. Behavior Frontiers offers intensive and informative training when you begin, so you feel comfortable and prepared when you are ready to work in the field. From Behavior Instructors to supervisors, I feel like the whole staff is very supportive and displays positivity. Case managers are approachable because you can keep in touch with them in any form of communication and they will reply back to you. Case managers also encourage input and ideas on how to improve programs during team meetings. Behavior Frontiers has a reward program for employees in which you gain points for submitting your timesheet on time, etc. and you can redeem the points for gift cards and extra pay. The agency also has a scheduling team that I find very supportive. The scheduling team is always there when I need them and are willing to work with me to resolve my issues with scheduling.

Cons

One negative aspect of Behavior Frontiers is that on some occasions your session will be canceled and if the scheduling team does not find another case for you to work, you will have to read an article and write a summary to get paid half the hours the session would have been.
