Pros

-There is a real work life balance -Support from superiors with programs that are not making progress, challenging families , graphing questions, report questions etc. -Free snack bar -Free lunch once a month -Trainings every other week where you can get CEUs -2 paid for conferences a year -Developing BIs skill sets, and completing their practicum hours - Being able to spend time with the client, families and BIs during the supervision meetings/ overlaps in home -No crazy monthly billable expectations -Drive time reimbursement -Competitive salary compensation -Caseload will stay the same so you have a chance to build rapport with clients and families -Team meetings for all teams once a month

Cons

The company is still growing, so there are changes that come up (if you really consider this a con).

Pros

I joined the BF team later last year and have nothing but support from management. This is a great place to work and there is opportunity for growth within the position, and the company as it's growing every day.

Cons

I can't think of any!
