Pros

I cant think of any at this moment

Cons

Too Many to List, Low Pay is one , they will give raises to supervisors and directors but everyone else is making $11.00 an hour. I wouldn't recommend working here, especially if you expect to make a living. While working , I received no raise . You focus so much on your non - administrative employees, then why do have administrative staff? Who is going to work for $10.00 an hour? You pay for what you get, If you want better QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY pay more, if not continue with new employees every week.

We greatly value our administrative team and the support that they provide to our clinical team. We know that their contribution is vital to the success of our clinical team and our company. We hold performance evaluations annually for our clinical and administrative employees and our employees have the opportunity to earn raises based on their performance. In addition, many of our employees who have started as administrative assistants and have shown excellent performance have been promoted within Behavior Frontiers to various positions, such as, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Marketing & Events Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Intake Assistant, HR Assistant, Billing Assistant, etc., and have earned higher pay (in addition to their annual raises). We are proud of our record of advancing the career and pay of our administrative team and look forward to continuing to facilitate the career advancement of our wonderful administrative team members!

Pros

This company is very fair and treats their employees with the up-most respect and professionalism. The owners truly care about the quality of services that BF provides, and keeps their Supervisors case loads small so that they are able to see each client as much as possible. When a staff member has a death in the family for example, the company will send flowers to their home, just to let them know that they care. I can't imagine a better place to work.

Cons

Can't think of a thing!

Pros

Behavior Frontiers prides itself on the quality of treatment for every one of their clients. From ensuring that front line staff is extensively trained on ABA strategies and techniques, to on-going trainings for Case Managers and Supervisors, the organization strives for the delivery of top-notch, effective ABA treatment. At Behavior Frontiers, employees' voices really matter. The organization is constantly seeking feedback from its staff about what they like, ways to improve things, and what staff would like to see more or less. Within months of receiving this feedback, the organization makes changes in line with what staff are requesting. It's great to feel that we matter and that our opinions actually count. At the management level, Behavior Frontiers really allows its staff to pursue passions and areas of interest. The Executive Director is always open to considering novel additions to services provided, encouraging managers and directors to pursue their passions within the organization, to further advance the opportunities for the clients we serve. At the front line staff level, Behavior Frontiers fosters the clinical growth of BIs, providing additional, supplemental trainings. Behavior Frontiers strives to grow the organization from within by promoting prepared individuals from instructor to Senior Instructor, and when ready, to Case Manager / Supervisor and even into upper management levels. The organization has "regionalized" over the last year, meaning that work areas are smaller, allowing clinicians at all levels to concentrate more of their day on clinical matters, while minimizing driving all over town.

Cons

The organization is policy-heavy, for individuals coming from less structured agencies, it may take some getting used to (it did for me); however, I've found - time and again - that the very policies that I once struggled with have been created for my protection, and I now embrace them wholeheartedly.
