Pros

The job itself is challenging but the organization is great! Much better than the first company I worked for.

Cons

You have to drive a lot, but that is the nature of this work.

Pros

Good ABA training, you get a budget for materials to spend on clients. Some supervision. Large company with many locations.

Cons

Little support for the employee from the company, secretive and vague about any issues, scheduling is a problem for clients and employees, not a welcoming environment for employees to come with concerns. Lack of clarity for expectations as an employee.
