Pros

free snacks and coffee..that's about it

Cons

Money hungry upper management seeking their own personal gain with complete disregard for their loyal employees who contribute the most to get the "job done". Finger pointing is all they know how to do and instead of trying to problem solve why things are not running smoothly they micro manage, discipline, and love implementing mindless policies. Ironic how this is an company trying to promote ABA therapy and can't even figure out how to use it on themselves to fix their problems.

I would first like to thank you for your many years of service. Without you, we would not have been able to expand and help as many families as we have. We are proud that we have been able to grow, as it allows us to provide our services for many individuals with special needs, provide additional jobs and offer additional tools and benefits to our employees, as well as free snacks, soda and coffee (which I’m glad that you enjoyed!). We truly believe that our scheduling team members play a critical role in the overall success of our clients, which is why we now have an incentive program to reward the wonderful performance of our scheduling team members with gift cards or bonuses. We try hard to support our employees as we continue to grow, implementing and changing policies to help provide consistency and guidance to our clients and our employees. These tools and policies, along with training and oversight, have allowed our wonderful scheduling team to continue to improve and grow, and allow more families to receive needed services that they would not have received without us. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Assisting autistic children with cognitive development skills to increase their quality of life and those around them .

Cons

Several "immature" employees that need to show up to work on time consistently for opening the office for training. Many that I observed need to get their priorities in order. Too much valuable time wasted dealing with the "kiddos" disorganized parents at the expense of working with their autistic children. Employee training is marginal; not motivating nor interesting.
