Pros

One of the few companies where there is not a single pro.

Cons

My experience with Behavior Frontiers was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism and communication I encountered was far below what you would expect from a company providing behavioral services. There were multiple instances where communication was delayed, unclear, or completely lacking, which made it very difficult to feel confident in the support being provided. What was most concerning was the overall lack of respect and professionalism in how situations were handled. Important matters were addressed in a dismissive and impersonal way, which left me feeling like my concerns were not valued at all. For a company that works.

Pros

Working as a Behavior Technician while I was in school was one of the most rewarding and formative experiences I’ve had. The company truly invests in its team—trainings were thorough, supervisors were approachable and always willing to answer questions, and I felt supported every step of the way. I especially appreciated the flexibility they offered with scheduling, which made it possible to balance my academic load without compromising the quality of care I gave my clients. The kids and families I worked with made every shift meaningful, and the staff created a culture of encouragement, professionalism, and purpose. I learned so much—not just about ABA, but about patience, communication, and teamwork.

Cons

As with any role in this field, some days were emotionally or physically draining, especially when working through challenging behaviors. That said, I always felt I had a safety net in my supervisors and coworkers, which made even the hardest days manageable.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We’re happy you’re having a positive experience with our team and are receiving responsive support. Your work with our families in the Los Angeles area is appreciated. Our client service department uses factors such as location and Behavior Technician availability to provide a caseload that best works for you and your clients. BTs are eligible for mileage and drive-time reimbursement depending on the caseload size and commute on a given day. If team members are not receiving reimbursements, we encourage all to communicate with our client service department to review the assigned caseload and eligibility. Your continued support for our families is appreciated, and we look forward to helping resolve and clarify any concerns.
