Thank you for your feedback. At Behavior Frontiers, we promote growth and ongoing training to cultivate an environment where our Behavior Technicians can feel supported and confident in helping clients and their families. Initial training is a formal two-part process that needs to be cleared by passing an evaluation with one of our Senior Behavior Technicians and demonstrating an understanding of ABA concepts and procedures. Our BCBA supervisors further support BTs during overlapping sessions. We encourage our team members to voice concerns and struggles during these sessions so that we may better support them in areas of improvement. It's a pleasure to know that you had a positive experience with our kiddos, and we thank you for your time with our families.

BCBA in OC-S

Pros

Working at Behavior Frontiers has been a great experience thus far. They provide comprehensive training, good work-life balance, plenty of resources, and flexible hours. One of the best parts of my experience has been working with the BCBAs and BTs in the OC-S region. The team culture is incredibly collaborative and positive. Leadership goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported. I’d absolutely recommend Behavior Frontiers to anyone considering a career in ABA.

Cons

Of course, like any ABA job, there are challenges—getting familiar with new software systems and balancing a schedule when most clients have afterschool sessions, which often means working later in the day.

Pros

I loved all of the families I worked with! I still talk about them to this day and even have formed a friendship from one case. Some management was EXTREMELY helpful, understanding, and gave consistent positive reinforcement. Not all management though. In addition, they do play favorites when it comes to promotions.

Cons

In addition, they do play favorites when it comes to promotions.
