Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate your time working with our kiddos and are pleased you had a good experience with our team. Our services can range at different times – therefore, we use our technician’s availability to ensure that we can meet preferences and the desired number of hours. Summer may bring additional sessions since students are on break, but once school resumes, sessions are rescheduled. We ask all our team members to contact our scheduling department for assistance with caseload adjustment and request additional hours. Your feedback is appreciated, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

We appreciate your feedback. The training process is extensive due to the information presented to our trainees and the process of confirming understanding of these concepts in person. It’s great that our training and synced session helped you become acquainted with clinical procedures. Although sessions are 1:1, our supervisors are always available to discuss concerns and provide additional assistance. The support for our team extends outside of the workplace with benefits such as 401k investment plans, telehealth services, mental health services, tuition discounts, pay increases, and more. The ABA field faces hurdles with schedules, and we work to find solutions and provide missed hours. Thank you for your time with our team, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for your review. We are continuously striving to learn and improve from the feedback we receive. Your comment is important to us because we aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for our team. Our support extends from the hiring process to working in the field, but we recognize that there’s always room for improvement. As a new hire, we have a corresponding departments that will assist you with onboarding, training, and scheduling. Team members are reminded and urged to contact us for assistance; and departments have pushed initiatives to reach out for casual check-ins. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
