We appreciate your feedback. The training process is extensive due to the information presented to our trainees and the process of confirming understanding of these concepts in person. It’s great that our training and synced session helped you become acquainted with clinical procedures. Although sessions are 1:1, our supervisors are always available to discuss concerns and provide additional assistance. The support for our team extends outside of the workplace with benefits such as 401k investment plans, telehealth services, mental health services, tuition discounts, pay increases, and more.
