Thank you for your review. We provide benefits for all team members regardless of part-time or full-time status – it’s great knowing you had the chance to experience some of these perks. Communication is a component of our work because of the constant contact between our behavior technicians and the scheduling team. A common hurdle in the ABA industry is hours and the consistency of sessions. We understand that some situations are last-minute and inevitable, so we work with our technicians and clients in the event of cancellations. Our scheduling team works on finding solutions to substitute missed hours and attempts to maintain members within their requested hours. Caseloads are determined by client needs and our team’s availability; lack of hours may be due to limited availability. We encourage all our team members to contact their scheduler to make availability adjustments and update requested hours. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

They have low billable requirements and caseloads sits at 15 cases, unless you cannot meet your weekly billable. There are some responsibilities that I believe should be the Scheduling Teams yet it is being pushed onto the BCBAs, this causes some poor communication with families

Cons

Things are organized but also so unorganized within the organization. Scheduling needs some very very serious help.

Thank you for your feedback. Your input helps us identify areas of improvement –specifically, communication is important because of the collaboration between our departments. Our clinical and scheduling department has guidelines established to ensure our team can communicate effectively and service our families. Our scheduling managers are available and can be contacted by email or phone for assistance. For further support, our clinical director can also assist in ensuring your cases run smoothly and organized. We understand there may be disconnects and work diligently to provide solutions for effective service delivery. Your work and commitment to our families is appreciated. We ask you to please meet with our San Diego clinical director to discuss how we can assist you and set you up for success.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed working with our kiddos and appreciate your time with our team. Our scheduling team uses the availability provided by our behavior technicians to create a flexible schedule that matches our client’s needs. Location is another factor we consider when creating caseloads because we maintain team members in a region local to them. A technician’s zip code radius determines the maximum distance for cases. Our team understands that sessions can be overwhelming and welcomes technicians to contact our scheduling department to adjust their caseload and the desired number of hours. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
