Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you have enjoyed the benefits and training with us; our team ensures resources that help our team succeed and flourish in this position. The services we provide to clients are collaborative efforts between clinical and operational teams. We understand communication can cause some hurdles and work diligently to find solutions for effective communication. For example, there are corresponding communication channels for questions or concerns regarding schedules, clinical matters, and HR assistance. We strive to provide support, ease of mind, and flexibility for our team members, but we need to commit to the needs of our clients as well. In scheduling, our team provides a caseload based on client needs and your availability. If the client’s request matches your availability, they can become part of your caseload. We appreciate your time and commitment to our families. If you’re experiencing obstacles with your current caseload, we encourage you to contact your scheduler to find a solution that works for you.

Pros

Most of the other BTs I met were friendly and few were helpful.

Cons

In the short time I was with Behavior Frontiers, my BCBA neglected her duties involving her employees and clients at the center. She had more BTs and clients than she could manage and she seemed to prioritize being present for the BTs and clients doing home therapy sessions. I believe this because her neglect of duties at the center was less likely to be noticed than if she neglected an in-home visit. Most days the supervisor gave no direction. She literally never modeled how to accurately implement any behavior-technician services for any client with me. She observed me in a 1 on 1 session on 1 day for approximately 15 minutes, and that was the only time we collaborated. If you want to grow and be supported as an aba therapist avoid Behavior Frontiers.

We appreciate you leaving us a review. This position can be rewarding and fulfilling if you share a passion for helping others. It’s a pleasure to know you're having a wonderful experience with our team and clients. Our team feedback has allowed for improvements like socials to provide opportunities for team members to engage outside of work. To improve in the workplace, supervisors have overlapping sessions where you can bring up concerns or questions regarding cases or your progress. During this time, you can ask about advancement opportunities if you’re ready for the next step. Collaboration also extends to our scheduling department which assists with hours and availability. We combat common ABA issues with hours and cancellations by providing solutions to supplement missed hours and retain weekly requested hours. Behavior technicians have pay increases that follow your time progressing with clients. If you’ve reached the pay cap for your area, we suggest discussing with your supervisor and looking into available positions for you to train and grow into. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to our clients and look forward to your accomplishments with our team!
