Pros

Lots of cases and hrs for BT because people are constantly quitting

Cons

Constant deny of PTOs, you can only get a day off when you call in the morning to say you are sick. No respect for you when changing in case or your schedule. The starting salary is $21, way too low to make a living in a expensive city

Pros

Supervisors were great! They were very helpful whenever I needed help.

Cons

Sometimes you won’t be guaranteed the number of hours you want to work that week.
