The company and supervisors are all very helpful. It is great experience to have in the mental health field.

Hello and thank you for leaving Behavior Frontiers a review. We’re pleased to hear that delivering ABA with our organization was enjoyable. At Behavior Frontiers, we employ over 1,600 behavior technicians and we are happy that there are so many amazing people who find fulfillment in working with children with autism. As for cancellations, we do recognize that they may occur – often with insufficient notice – and that this is an industry-wide problem, so we are extremely grateful to the BTs who accept “last minute” fill-in sessions so that the children can receive their essential therapy! Thanks for the time you spent with BF. We wish you the very best for your future!

Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are always striving to create a better experience for our clinical team and encourage them to express their concerns during the regularly occurring meetings with the Clinical Director, clinical team, and/or through company surveys. Solutions to reducing caseload sizes and the number of administrative tasks has always been a priority and fixable if communicated proactively. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
