      Hello and thank you for providing us with feedback. Some factors that may impact a behavior technician’s (BT) timeline to become full-time include: the availability the BT provides, obtaining BCAT certification for cases that require it, completing training, the BT’s availability to provide services in both the home and center, and the client’s availability matching the BT’s availability. Therefore, BT’s who have the most flexibility in these areas will have an expedited timeline to become full time. Our goal is to constantly grow our team and we are dedicated to support our teammates in becoming full time as soon as possible. We wish you the best in your future!

      Lovely Families, the work wasn’t worth it

      I loved getting to work with different families and clients.

      Cons

      You work alone. Supervisors rarely overlap. Long hours if you want full time. Lots of session cancellations that you don’t get paid for.

      Pros

      Independence, allow you to lead cases without a BCBA on your back telling you what to do at all times (when most BCBA's have less experience)

      Cons

      Layed off out of nowhere. One day I'm there, next day I'm getting a phone call out of the blue that I no longer have a job. Some prior info would have been nice!
