      -benefits sound get have yet to actual experience them

      Cons

      -long hiring and training process. Training is broken down into two phases. Office training which it 40 hours and then field trains in which you need to pass a competency. There is no shadowing you are just thrown in. From which you quickly learn there are tech who do things to the T and then there are some who “freestyle.” -Haven’t met or made contact with any managers or supervisors -pay is great but very little hours. -hours are also not consistent/guaranteed

      Hands-on learning and remote training in the field. Colleagues are always kind and willing to help.

      Cons

      Expect a commute. Contacting scheduling can be a hassle with so many people ahead of the line—strict company policies regarding intrapersonal relationships with clients, dress code, etc.

      - Went through the 40 minute review in a class setting. Had group enact scenarios to solidify concepts.

      Cons

      - Instructor picks at what people are doing during the instruction time. -Lacks flexibility as you have short break for four hours being on the video.
