Behavior Frontiers has strict policies in place to ensure professionalism in the workplace and investigate all matters promptly – employees are encouraged to report incidents to supervisors or HR. Feedback from our team is essential and is used to look at current policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment to all team members. Moreover, training is continuously provided for all staff to properly implement and follow policies and procedures. Communication is essential for a healthy work environment and as a result we improve our communication channels and training with the feedback received. It's important that team members feel supported and welcomed into a new environment. Our staff works endlessly to provide a flexible schedule within the availability provided. Communication channels are provided to team members early on in training so they’re aware of who they can reach out to for support. Scheduling has available lines to reach client service coordinator, and managers, so that team members can update availability and make requests. Overall, we work together to provide an environment that allows our team to grow and thrive alongside our kiddos and families.
