It’s a priority for us that our team members feel safe, comfortable and supported. Behavior Frontiers has strict policies in place to ensure professionalism in the workplace and investigate all matters promptly – employees are encouraged to report incidents to supervisors or HR. Feedback from our team is essential and is used to look at current policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment to all team members. Moreover, training is continuously provided for all staff to properly implement and follow policies and procedures. Communication is essential for a healthy work environment and as a result we improve our communication channels and training with the feedback received. It's important that team members feel supported and welcomed into a new environment. Our staff works endlessly to provide a flexible schedule within the availability provided. Communication channels are provided to team members early on in training so they’re aware of who they can reach out to for support. Scheduling has available lines to reach client service coordinator, and managers, so that team members can update availability and make requests. Overall, we work together to provide an environment that allows our team to grow and thrive alongside our kiddos and families. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for your review and commitment to our families. Our team can provide a flexible work environment because we work with the availability of our team members and the needs of our clients to ultimately create a schedule that works for all. If a candidate’s availability is limited to a specific time frame, then that limits the number of hours we can schedule for. However, our team can accommodate changes in schedule if availability opens so that we may add additional cases. Moreover, there’s opportunities to fill in or cover sessions for additional hours. A main goal is also to help our team grow with our team – we offer benefits such as fellowship programs, hours of supervision for certifications, and tuition discounts towards higher education with the goal of helping fill requirements for a higher-up clinician position with us. If you’re interested in career development within the field, you can discuss with your supervisor to go over these opportunities.

A career working with kids can be Our team takes availability, commute, and location into consideration when creating your caseload. It’s possible to see more than one client in a day, in which case, you receive a reimbursement for your travel time and mileage. We highly encourage you to get in contact with our scheduling team and payroll department if you’re not seeing this on your paycheck.
