Pros

really easy, get to work with kids, pretty fun

Cons

drive time gets annoying after a while, having to buy reinforcers gets annoying after a while, the kids get annoying after a while, etc

At Behavior Frontiers we like to make sure our employees welcomed into a positive work culture but also provide benefits to assure our team members are taking care of themselves outside of work. The flexibility with our schedules allow for us to work with our team member’s availability and overall provide a healthy work-life balance. We understand that cancellation can occur, which is a common issue in the industry. Our scheduling team works continuously with our clients and Behavior Technicians to re-scheduled cancelled sessions and provide fill-in sessions for supplemental hours. If you’re having issues with cancellations, we suggest you bring this issue up with your scheduler and supervisor to find a solution.
