Pros

They have a good training process for new BTs and good supervisor support.

Cons

They made me redo entire training even though I have 2 years of experience in the field. I had frequent no shows from a particular client and the phone line to report it took up to 45 minutes sometimes. I had to wait at their house all that time so they could attempt to contact them, but 90% of the time there was no answer and I had waited for nothing.

Pros

Pros- This company truly puts their heart and soul into caring of their employees and especially their clients. It gives social gatherings so employees can connect and create new ideas to expands their client’s lives. Supervisors take their time to ensure their BT’s have the knowledge to provide the care for their clients.

Cons

Cons- Scheduling becomes difficult with employees which is miscommunication at least more than once. Scheduling often schedules days you cannot work then you have to call in order to cancel it.
