Pros

Behavior Frontiers really works with your schedule and availability. I've never had a problem changing my availability or being scheduled outside of my normal hours without being asked first. I have also never had a problem requesting time off and getting it approved. My supervisors are great and offer as much support as needed with clients and future professional goals. I would also like to add, after speaking with others at different companies, our training and field training before starting with clients does not leave you feeling unprepared. Nervous or anxious? Sure, but not unprepared.

Cons

Working part-time, one of the only downsides I can think of is if one of my clients cancel and there are no fill-in sessions available, I do not get paid for the hours missed.
