Pros

They offer a $750 sign on bonus after completing training (virtual and field) and your first one on one assignment. The downfall is they give you 23-25 days after accepting the offer to fulfill your commitment before giving the bonus. It's impossible to do when you don't get a start date for nearly 3 weeks after accepting the offer.

Cons

They lack sufficient communication. I've never experienced a 3 week wait for onboarding after all documentation has been completed. The onboarding manager does not respond to emails, texts or calls and you have to jump through hoops just get answers on the process. No one can give a straight answer just guesses.
