Thank you for your work with our families and taking the time to leave a review for us. It’s great to know that support was there when you needed it. Our team aims to provide the upmost best quality of service for our clients, and we recognize that it starts with making sure our team members are well equipped for therapy sessions. We strive on providing opportunities for growth personally and professionally, which is why we encourage enrollment in our behavior analyst fellowship program for candidates interested in growing within the field of ABA. Amongst our benefits, we aim to provide our clinicians with a competitive salary, as well as a bonus program as recognition for their work and dedication with our families.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Our team and families appreciate your hard work and dedication! As a current employee in our Temecula region, if you’re not being scheduled for sufficient hours, then we urge you to contact your scheduler to go over your availability and requested hours – the caseload provided to you is based off the availability you provided to our team. Our clients needing services in the Temecula region can benefit from your availability to work with them. Additionally, you can fill-in or cover for other sessions, which would provide you with additional hours. We appreciate the service you have provided to our families!

Pros

I loved getting to work with different families and clients.

Cons

You work alone. Supervisors rarely overlap. Long hours if you want full time. Lots of session cancellations that you don’t get paid for.

Thank you for providing feedback and for being part of the BF team for 3+ years. We appreciate your feedback. If you are still within the company, please don’t hesitate to provide feedback to your liaison or the Clinical Director and we will be more than happy to work on providing you with the support you are looking for. If you need to replace your canceled hours, our fill-in group chat provides the team with fill-ins that are available to get more hours. We hope we can work together as a team and problem solve together. Thank you for all your hard work.
