Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We are always striving to create a better experience for our clinical team and encourage them to express their concerns during the regularly occurring meetings with the Clinical Director, clinical team, and/or through company surveys. Solutions to reducing caseload sizes and the number of administrative tasks has always been a priority and fixable if communicated proactively. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

It is a very rewarding experience to work with your clients, and the other employees that you work directly with are very kind and intelligent people.

Cons

The corporate level makes things difficult: Schedulers are often inconsistent, non-communicative, and unavailable when scheduling issues arise; HR really does not care about any of your concerns (e.g., they promised a hire on bonus which was conditional on working 100 hours in the first month of employment, but of course their scheduler did not give me 100 hours which is outside my control, in which case you are meant to receive the bonus at 200 hours, but then I got 200 hours and they still did not give me my bonus and had no real reason for it... crappy way to treat your employers); and the job itself is very difficult because you have to travel sometimes an hour drive for a 2 hour appointment in the morning and then do the same thing for a 2 hour appointment in the afternoon. You've worked 4 hours and driven 4 hours and got reimbursed for none of it.

We appreciate that you took the time to leave Behavior Frontiers a review. We’re pleased to hear that delivering ABA with our organization has been a rewarding experience. It is particularly good to know that you had such great experiences with your direct management. It appears that there may be some confusion with your bonus so, as a current employee, we strongly recommend that you reach out to the Recruiter who hired you and they will be able to connect you with the appropriate person to assist. Additionally, we are unaware of any situation in which a BT has not been compensated for their work. As for how schedules are created, our scheduling team makes every effort to schedule BTs the amount of hours that they requested. Please feel free to reach out to your scheduler to review the hours you requested and to make sure that you have provided availability that matches with current client needs. Thanks again!
