Pros

If you're lucky, you're surrounded by amazing CMs, Supervisors, and CDs/ Assistant CDs who genuinely care, stand up for you, make your experience here worth while. You'll fall in love with your families And if you have the right support, you'll see the improvement spill out of your clients.

Cons

MICROMANAGERS- Focus and basically look for errors on purpose, VERY NEGATIVE work environment, won't respond to emails but are constantly expecting updates, random overlaps, you voice your concerns and there's always whiplash for it, management isn't approachable at all. Overworked and paid very poorly considering how much work you do Favoritism- if you're liked by the right people you will get cases. If not then your caseload will be awful Scheduling is always a problem- their lack of communication will lead to you showing up to sessions that have been cancelled/moved to a different location/etc. In order to get your scheduling concerns answered, you have to CC EVERYONE or you won't hear back for days if that. The incentive program isn't enough, if you don't get overlaps it's difficult to earn points. If you're lucky you will earn a max of 3k points a year and that basically equals to 300 bucks. It's just not motivating. Give your therapists a raise, they're the one doing all the ground work anyway.

Pros

free snacks and coffee..that's about it

Cons

Money hungry upper management seeking their own personal gain with complete disregard for their loyal employees who contribute the most to get the "job done". Finger pointing is all they know how to do and instead of trying to problem solve why things are not running smoothly they micro manage, discipline, and love implementing mindless policies. Ironic how this is an company trying to promote ABA therapy and can't even figure out how to use it on themselves to fix their problems.

Behavior Frontiers Response

I would first like to thank you for your many years of service. Without you, we would not have been able to expand and help as many families as we have. We are proud that we have been able to grow, as it allows us to provide our services for many individuals with special needs, provide additional jobs and offer additional tools and benefits to our employees, as well as free snacks, soda and coffee (which I’m glad that you enjoyed!). We truly believe that our scheduling team members play a critical role in the overall success of our clients, which is why we now have an incentive program to reward the wonderful performance of our scheduling team members with gift cards or bonuses. We try hard to support our employees as we continue to grow, implementing and changing policies to help provide consistency and guidance to our clients and our employees. These tools and policies, along with training and oversight, have allowed our wonderful scheduling team to continue to improve and grow, and allow more families to receive needed services that they would not have received without us. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
