Pros

This is by far the best company I have worked for. There is so much on going support here. We all work together as a team. Great environment, great clients, and a great place to work. I have never felt so welcomed at a company. There is always on going training, and people are great with communication. I highly recommend anyone to work here!

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this company.

Pros

The clinic in Detroit is amazing. The BCBAs care so much for their clients and the Clinical Director cares so much about their staff, clients and their families.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about employees. They are more focused on money and their bottom line over what the impact of their decisions have on people.

Pros

I have nothing to say.

Cons

Management lack professionalism. There is very little communication and schedule is changed last minute. Not enough hours and watch out if you complain about anything. It's their way or no way.
