At Behavior Frontiers, we provide training to all our incoming team members, regardless of how much experience they have. Initial and ongoing training is available to ensure the highest standards of care for our families while promoting the opportunity to continue learning and growing in the field. The position can be rigorous and require dedication from our team and families. Initial training helps our team members learn ABA concepts, methods, and best practices. Once completed, field training allows BTs to shadow and work alongside a Senior BT to implement practices hands-on while completing a competency checklist before their first session. Team members are not cleared for their first sessions until they pass this checklist designed to evaluate readiness and support professional development.
