Amidst the ever-changing shifts in the ABA field, we pride ourselves on maintaining reasonable caseload sizes following BACB and CASP guidelines. Our clinical and operational teams continue to aim towards calibrating feasible caseloads, with sufficient distribution of cases across varying time frames throughout the day to minimize burnout and uphold individual and team morale. Furthermore, the Behavior Frontiers community nurtures a supportive environment that promotes confidence and growth. Supervisors and families trust our BTs to provide ethical, high-standard care because they have learned and demonstrated that they know how to help children reach their goals using proper methods. It’s a pleasure to know you felt trusted by our team and that we met your scheduling and personal needs. Our Client Service Department diligently assesses requested hours, availability, and location to find a caseload that works best for BTs and families. The Seattle region services homes in surrounding areas, and we’re actively working on expanding support with more supervisors available in the field and initiatives that encourage our team to provide feedback or request support from department managers or Clinical Directors.
