We have a community dedicated to the care of our clients and the training and development of our staff. Our clinical and operational departments are ready to assist and help you succeed in the field. The field of ABA can pose challenges with client cancellations, and our client service department is not a stranger to helping find solutions for these situations. Apart from assigned service coordinators, we have direct and regional call lines to connect with designated service coordinators and managers for assistance. Nonetheless, our team is in contact if we are informed of changes on behalf of our clients to help facilitate communication and the flow of care services. Our clinical and operational teams work together to ensure Behavior Technicians feel ready, supported, and confident to meet with clients. We’re aware that the field of ABA can be challenging with hours and scheduling, and we’re constantly working to address these situations. For example, in the event of cancellations, we have policies and procedures in place to ensure timely communication and provide a solution for these instances. Scheduling is a collaborative effort, and we ask that our BTs communicate changes in availability or location with their scheduler so that we may try to accommodate them to the best of our ability.
