Most recently, we began rolling out a weekly companywide survey so staff may express and voice their concerns. Hours are a common hurdle in the ABA industry, and we work around the clock to find solutions to provide behavior technicians with their requested hours. Technicians have direct contact with our scheduling department and can call to go over their current schedule, updated availability, and requested hours. Our multiple locations and home sessions allow us to create a caseload in your area to avoid extensive commutes. However, it’s possible to have sessions with more than one client for which team members are eligible for mileage and commute time reimbursement.
