Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Our team and families appreciate your hard work and dedication! As a current employee in our Temecula region, if you’re not being scheduled for sufficient hours, then we urge you to contact your scheduler to go over your availability and requested hours – the caseload provided to you is based off the availability you provided to our team. Our clients needing services in the Temecula region can benefit from your availability to work with them. Additionally, you can fill-in or cover for other sessions, which would provide you with additional hours. We appreciate the service you have provided to our families!

Thank you for leaving a review. Our recruiting department is set with goals based on overall client needs and are provided with various resources to succeed in doing so. Additionally, team members are always in communications with management to go over any obstacles and receive assistance. As for compensation, recruiters are provided with a base pay and monthly bonus. We highly encourage all our team members to be vocal and raise any issues during regular department and individual meetings. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. It’s a pleasure to know that you’ve had a positive experience with our families. We appreciate the time and effort our Behavior Technicians commit to and make sure commute and sessions are kept within range and availability of our team members. For our technicians working in client’s homes, caseloads are kept up to a 25-mile radius from their zip-code provided. Behavior Technicians receive both a mileage and drive-time reimbursement for commute between clients or work activities. If this is something that you’re not seeing on your paycheck, we encourage you to check in with our payroll department and scheduling team to rectify.
