Pros

Good clinical team, good support if you reach out a lot, somewhat consistent hours

Cons

Tons of driving, low pay, lots of cancellations, difficult parents, new corporate positions that resulted in letting go of clinicians, poor communication with scheduling

Dont get your hopes up

Pros

Higher face to face rates than some other ABA companies The occasional really great client/family

Cons

Will hold hours over your head and only give them to you if you never say no to them but if you ever object they will make your life really difficult They will often tell (not ask) BTs to open up their availability but they will be so quick to flag a BT for trying to make any changes to their schedules or availability that suits them Constant work reviews and will find any excuse not to not give you a raise Will get you as close to full time as possible without getting you at full time so they don't have to pay benefits and even if you do get full time its hard to keep your schedule consistent enough to keep benefits Tried to put on a show with covid protocols but would frequently encourage therapists and parents to still run the session even if concerning symptoms were shown and then would flag people if they still canceled in compliance with written protocols Try to brag about employee appreciation but dont actually care much about long term employees unless you are friends with higher ups Often treat BTs as expendable but then wonder why there is such high turnover Prioritize the money so much that they will overwork and disrespect employees, families, and even clients just to get more billable hours in The policy of having to be on call for 2 hours after a client cancels is awful. You will get flagged if you refuse a reassignment during this time, even if it comes 10 mins before the 2 hour mark You go into fill-ins with zero information about the client, their programs, or their behaviors which can be extremely stressful Your non-therapy rate is minimum wage so dont expect that you will have much of a safety net if clients cancel
