      Good experience for school psychology, BCBA, etc.

      Cons

      Staff isn't supportive, HR works against you, makes you sign a 13 month contract to keep you there because they know the turnover rate is high

      Pros

      I've been working with Behavioral Learning Network for almost a year as a Behavioral Technician, and so far, the experience has been amazing! You can tell the company appreciates their staff and their hard work. They are always trying to do their best to accommodate the needs of their staff members. They have gone above and beyond to take care of their staff members and provide a great working environment. BLN is a great company to work for, and I highly suggest working for them if you are passionate about providing ABA treatment!
