      Great amount of Flexibility and Freedom. Everyone at the company is willing to assist, all you have to do is call! Amazing sense of community

      Cons

      Documentation of equipment can be spotty. Has it's very busy times where you may be overwhelmed.

      Great team and work life balance

      Cons

      Benefits are the bare minimum and insurance is ridiculously expensive with the highest deductible plans I’ve ever seen. The company should have more competitive benefits. They don’t offer a company discount portal for things like gym memberships, daycare service companies, mobile phones plans or anything like that. There’s no paternity leave. No bonuses for most employees.
