      Toxic culture

      Pros

      Pay, personal use of the company vehicle.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, poor work documentation, inability to stock the necessary parts to do the repairs. Don't bother asking for additional training. The US is a treated like a forgotten step child by the EU side of the business. Zero sick time.

      Decent job with poor management

      Pros

      Company car, pays gas & parking supplies needed equipment good pay, paid for driving hours as well as hours actually working on repairs.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized, unhelpful leadership, plays favorites. Management will blame your for things beyond your control, ie ordered parts not, parts shipped late, faulty parts. Management would throw you under the bus. Poor initial training
