Pros

True sense of community. Co-workers are willing to do anything they can to assist you when in need. Substantial benefits. Company vehicle for personal use if you elect for that.

Cons

Long hours. Lots of driving and overnights. Do not apply if you're not prepared to run your region like your own business.
