      US organization is small, feels like a family. Everyone is vested in each others success

      Cons

      We are a mid size to smallish company in the US but growing. Sometimes growth can be difficult and challenging

      Potential for more

      Field service technician

      Pros

      -Field service work culture, people work together and help each other out -Benefits are solid -Management is engaged and wants to continue to improve

      Cons

      -Salary could be better for certain areas. (High cost of living areas) -Parts can be delayed extensively due to European manufacturing base -European HQ can micromanage/be difficult to deal with.
