      Pros

      Talented people, lots of room for growth, daily challenges to overcome, lots of autonomy, line of communication to executive leadership, ability to be creative with clients, exposure to all aspects of the business

      Cons

      New employees need to be up to the challenge of working within a growing organization, must be a self starter, must be ok with the responsibility and autonomy of working in a changing organization.

      Fast growing, dedicated group of people with family like culture. CEO strives to keep on the pulse and is approachable. Loyal customer following.

      Cons

      Huge turnover in corporate affects field morale, new technology over complicates basic functions stressing equipment reliability. Understaffed in the field.

      Stay Away Sinking Ship with no Life Rafts.

      Pros

      None when I was there. Still trying to think of some. Just needed a paycheck that's why I stayed.

      Cons

      CEO follows whatever the CFO says and does not think for himself. Too much work per person in the field. Travel is out of control on the road 5+ days per week. A lot of lying from the top down. All of the good people are leaving. All of HR has left and been replaced by the CFO with a HR director that is all about the bottom line and not caring about the employees.

      Thank you for your feedback. While reading a post like this is always difficult, please be assured we take them very seriously. To work at any organization for 3 years just to collect a paycheck and not have the job satisfaction that motivates all of us is a sad thing. I assure you, the well being of all of our employees is core to all we do and who we strive to be as an organization. I am sorry we have failed to achieve that during your tenure and I apologize.
