Pros

Co-workers from other departments are friendly. They give a lot of gifts.

Cons

Need to hire more employees for some departments especially Accounting. Unhealthy work environment. Bonuses and raises are very low!

Pros

Belimo is a financially stable company with an excellent product. Although it is not a top payer, the salary is acceptable. The benefits are competitive for the size of the company.

Cons

Poor middle and upper management. Limited opportunities to advance without a mentor. Favoritism and nepotism plays a significant role in the granting of internal promotions. The actual CEO is very wishy–washy.

Pros

Company has great health benefits, and perks. 5K races are always nice, and you get a lot of Belimo swag.

Cons

but it is just like high school all over again. Groups, clicks, preferences based on how people look. If you are hot, and thin - go right ahead, you will get far in the office environment with us guys looking at you. Negotiate your rate going in, raises are on a good year 3-4%
