I'm sorry to hear that your employment experience wasn't 5 stars. However, I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the flexible hours and benefits of working from home, with a company vehicle, while employed. We do our best to ensure new DSM's are supported and trained well throughout the 9 month Trainee program, but this is helpful for us to investigate further. Belimo, like many companies in recent years, do have a push to increase DEI efforts. We've begun this by enacting a DEI council who meets regularly and running a diversity training required for all employees. In 2022, we hired employees from more diverse backgrounds then in any years past. Furthering DEI efforts is a continued process.

Pros

They do have good benefits, the building is nice to come into and they’ll spend money to get you on board but that’s where it ends.

Cons

They talk a lot about career growth, potential to take on new responsibilities but none of those things exist. The organization is flat and anyone moving up is from nepotism or physically attractive. They’ll pay over market to get you on board but after a couple years there is no way to increase your salary in any significant way. The organization is very cliquey and unless you knew someone who knows someone - you can only go so far. The work is unstable and when commercial HVAC is down or when a product line doesn’t get picked up they let people go without a second thought.

Thank you for your feedback. While some of your statements hold partial truths, many are quite misleading. I’d encourage you to reach out to HR to discuss your grievances and allow us to provide new insight on these points.
