Can stay with the company for a long time even if you do not know how to do your job.

Cons

Management does not communicate with one another. There is a division between head office and the rest of the subsidiaries. The work place is hostile due to the VPs lack of leadership skills. The positive reviews were written by prompting employees to write them because they cannot maintain talent.

HR has not received any recent employee relations complaints, so I would strongly encourage you to come speak to HR directly and we will address your concerns and assist the best we can. Regarding your comment about requesting reviews, yes we did invite all employees to voluntarily leave reviews of any kind. This was to assist with employer branding in a difficult job market as we continue to grow and are active with hiring, not due to turnover. Reviews are proven to assist job seekers with their search.
