Pros

The products are solid w/ good reputation so business should remain solid. There are some smart people who work there

Cons

loyalty over competence is rewarded. There are are handful of favorites who have a voice that shuts out ideas from others. US currently being run by a president who is not a solid businessman, simply is puppet for swiss.

Pros

This company is able to maintain very good overall growth within it's range of manufactured products. It is overall fair to it's employees, and is progressive with benefits, and compensation.

Cons

Mid, to upper level management need to be better equipt to support their roles within the company because of it's fast growth.
