Excellent benefits including wellness program incentives. Great holiday parties and team building events.

Cons

As in any job, some people just do not care about getting the work done in a timely manner. Nothing directly negative about the company itself.

This is a positive learning experience. Team building and cooperation is key. Employees are respectful to each other. The company strives to provide equality and benefits to all employees

Cons

This is a full time standing position. Many employees starting off find it difficult to stand for 8-10 hours a day. This is also a hands on job. Many employees find themselves tired fairly quickly.
