Great Benefits, High School Environment

Pros

Company has great health benefits, and perks. 5K races are always nice, and you get a lot of Belimo swag.

Cons

but it is just like high school all over again. Groups, clicks, preferences based on how people look. If you are hot, and thin - go right ahead, you will get far in the office environment with us guys looking at you. Negotiate your rate going in, raises are on a good year 3-4%

Culture is great! People are nice and professional. Great 401k and health benefits. Theres room for growth.

Cons

Theres a lot of room for growth but its a low paying job company.
