3yI'm sorry to hear that your employment experience wasn't 5 stars. However, I am pleased to read that you enjoyed the flexible hours and benefits of working from home, with a company vehicle, while employed.
We do our best to ensure new DSM's are supported and trained well throughout the 9 month Trainee program, but this is helpful for us to investigate further.
Belimo, like many companies in recent years, do have a push to increase DEI efforts. We've begun this by enacting a DEI council who meets regularly and running a diversity training required for all employees. In 2022, we hired employees from more diverse backgrounds then in any years past. Furthering DEI efforts is a continued process.
