None really, if you follow the rules you will have no issue, if you get a little comfortable they will let you know in direct yet confidential manner, a way most company’s wouldn’t.

Great company, but needs structure

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Job security is also really good. PTO is also best in the industry.

Cons

Company has grown tremendously in the past years. It is in dire need of more structure.
