Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. People are also very friendly and there is a good team environment.

Cons

As with most places, promotions are about who, not what you know. While pay and benefits are good, over time, the company is chipping away at them. I've been here for a long time and am seeing a lot of failed policies come back. Likely because the people who learned lessons previously aren't here anymore.

9/80 schedule allowes you a 3 day weekend every other week Management (in my experience) is young As a mid level engineer, ability to complete your work hours, clock out and forget about work is great (see associated con below)

Cons

Typicall corporate place with cube farms. Strick time tracking expecation despite being a salary role. One must make up all hours despite deliverables being met.
