Very interesting product from an engineering perspective. Complexe machine with many systems that can prove technically challenging.

Cons

Opportunities exist to improve overall effectiveness of design standards update and control. Standardization of design methodologies should be improved with mandatory schedule for updates. Standard Work / Best Practices.

The hours were flexible and appropriate. You only worked overtime if it was paid one and half times your hourly salary.

Cons

It was a bi lingual environment. The work was not very varied.The work was not very challenging. There are lots of layoffs.
