-Well Paid -Great Colleagues -No excessive Overtime -Interesting Job and processes within company -Good exposure to dependable aircraft technologies

Cons

-Management does not seem to understand how industry works -Overly beaurocratic to make decisions (seems to be a common feature in big company) -Very rigid protocols that delay any quick response to fix issues, hence everything is a potential line stoppage -Business is currently being transferred to India, so a lot of downsizing is currently happening
