Pros

The office workers get treated well and you get paid every two weeks. The office workers get a better lunch time and can take clients out to eat.

Cons

If you are a production worker a person that works on the floor making the money for the company by keeping the machines running, you are told to go,go go and when something goes wrong you are the person that they come down on because you should have caught that.

Not the best place to work in production.

Pros

Climate controlled in all areas, Friendly co workers, Decent compensation and very good vacation benefits.

Cons

Most production employees opinions seem to be treated as useless in spite of an "Open Door" policy with management. Many managers have fired employees for doing one thing that another employee has been getting away with for years. Overall employees on the production floor feel pretty worthless all around and many favorites are played by managers. Hard work does not seem to be rewarded here at all. After a few years of employment, some have been told they cannot move up because they are good at their position.
