Was good until they rushed to hire managers that don't fit

Pros

Benefits are good except salary is low.

Cons

At 2020 the department fell apart. HR department would not listen to legacy employee comments on new hires. For many years HR had 2 unqualified Directors, one hand picked by the GM. They did a few shady things but, no one could confront the situation without being fired. No advancement was offered. I was walking out the door to a new job, I was offered a better position, better pay and less workload.

Pros

The Co-Workers are amazing and the benefits are very good.

Cons

The new CFO has run off all the most knowledgeable employees from Finance and is in a constant state of interviews. Hiring new people ad nauseam

WARNING - Do not work in IT or Finance at BFT

Pros

There are currently no reasons to work at BFT in these areas.

Cons

Senior Management, other than Planning, is untrustworthy, dishonest, disrespectful, and has no integrity. In less than 6 months the new CFO has run off all remaining tribal knowledge employees from Finances and the entire IT Department. Since the new GM started in July of 2022 there has been over 100 employees either leave or asked to leave.
