Great People! Great products! Team atmosphere.

Suspended 401K Match, Cut Salary 16% for 6 weeks, No raises. However issued dividends and put 20 + million in bank last quarter. Dirty facility. Hand sanitizer empty during pandemic.

As a typical EMS, Benchmark scales down on personnel when order intake diminishes. This can cause knowledge drain and layoffs.
